The Booking Process
This year our booking process is easier than ever, just few steps, few clicks and you are done. Select the Event you want to book tickets for and choose the date you want and the time slot that works best for you. (Please, take your time to ensure that you have entered all the details correctly.) Make sure to carefully read all the relevant information for each of our events. We’ve tried to answer most of your questions and provide the necessary links to our T&C, Privacy Poly and, FAQ.
We are often asked about do babies need a ticket, children under 1 go for free but they still need a ticket (£0.00).
IMPORTANT – Tickets are non-refundable.
You can amend your booking and change your ticket date and time, but only up to 24h before your original booking. Be mindful that if you change your ticket to a session with a price point different than the one you purchased, you will be asked to pay the difference. To do that, please, use your manage my booking link that is on your ticket email confirmation!
This year we are introducing a Carer ticket for visitors requiring a carer. The support needed must exceed what could be reasonably expected of family/friends already accompanying you, due to disability-related needs. If you visit with your carer you would need add a free Carer ticket to your booking, £0.00 (+booking fee). You will be required to present a proof at the entrance, one of the following documents and your carer must be aged 18 or over:
- Access Card with a +1 symbol
- A letter from a GP or consultant confirming the need for a full-time carer, dated within the last 12 months
