Staying Safe in 2020 at Gower Fresh Christmas Trees

Here at Gower Fresh Christmas Tree Farm we have all been working very hard to ensure that all forthcoming events being held at the Farm are safe for both you, your family and our staff enabling us all to enjoy a spectacular Halloween and Christmas in 2021.

Our number one priority is the safety of our visitors and staff and therefore we are following Government guidelines for Covid-19 and have the following safety measures in place in order to ensure the safety of our visitors and colleagues.  Before you visit our farm this year please read our guidelines below as you and your family will be asked to comply with our new measures.

OUR RULES

  • When visiting Winter Wonderland and the Grotto, due to the enclosed nature of this activity, face masks will be required to be worn when entering this part of the site, due to Welsh Government Covid Legislation. Face masks are NOT required in any other part of the site. We recommend in case of any future legislation changes by the Welsh Government, to check if a Covid Pass is required, 3 days before your visit. At present this is not the case.
  • If you are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms or have a confirmed case please do not visit the farm, i.e high temperature, persistent new cough or a lost sense of smell or taste.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available for use in all areas.  
  • Track and Trace  will be available for visitors who wish to log in to the NHS App.
  • Please respect peoples space and their personal choice of wearing face masks outdoors should any of our visitors wish to do so.  (Mask wearing outdoors is personal choice).
  • Parents are asked to ensure that their children respect others space at all times whilst on our farm.   Our aim is for everybody to feel comfortable and safe.
  • All visitors aged 12 and over MUST wear a face mask in our shop as per Government Ruling (unless and exemption applies).   Masks will be available for purchase for anyone that may have forgotten or lost theirs.

 

  • We have done our utmost to ensure that every activity on offer is both safe for our staff and visitors and we ask you to follow any instructions given by members of our team at all times as well as ensuring that you wash your hands or use our sanitiser stations before and after participating in any activity i.e. wand making, feeding reindeer etc.
  • To avoid any disappointment please pre-book any activities through our website due to limited numbers and walk-ins not being permitted.
  • We would prefer wherever possible that visitors pay by card when on site to limit the risk to our staff and themselves.
  • When visiting our toilets please be mindful of other users and use the hand sanitisers located outside the toilets before entering and wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap before you leave.
