Winter Wonderland Terms & Conditions


  1. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any activities due to situations that are out of our control i.e. extreme weather conditions (in these situations we will offer an alternative date subject to availability). We will not accept liability for any out of pocket expenses, disappointment or inconvenience amounting from these situations. We do not issue refunds or amend booking details (except under extenuating circumstances).
  2. We will make every effort to ensure that your visit is a memorable one for you and your party. However, we cannot be liable for any distress caused by circumstances out of our control including any emotional distress or disappointment caused by employees engaged in character including, but not limited to, any child losing his or her belief in Father Christmas for any reason as a result of visiting our site.
  3. We cannot guarantee that there will not be a queue especially on weekends and the week before Christmas.
  4. Please wear appropriate clothing and wellingtons if going onto the fields. As the weather can be unkind at times. We cannot be held responsible for any slips, trips etc., whilst in our fields.
  5. Smoking is not permitted at Gower Fresh Christmas Trees Sites.
  6. No dogs are allowed on site with the exception of guide dogs or assistance dogs.
  7. For entrance to our Winter Wonderland, a “child” is someone aged between 12 months and 14 years old and an “Adult” is deemed 14 years and over. A “Baby” is a child aged up to and including 12 months old.
  8. Babies i.e. children under 12months old can visit Winter Wonderland free of charge. However, they will not receive a present from Father Christmas.
  9. Bookings are non-refundable for any tickets purchased for any of our events.
  10. Alcohol and Illegal Substances are not permitted on the Site.
  11. Climbing or standing on fences, barriers, trees, logs etc., is strictly prohibited and parents, guardians and teachers are fully responsible for all children in their care whilst on site. Gower Fresh Christmas Trees will not accept liability for any accidents occurring to unsupervised children.
  12. Gower Fresh Christmas Trees will not be held liable either on site or on Reindeer visits for any incidents whereupon people or persons have not adhered to any rules or requests from staff or handlers.
  13. We reserve the right to withdraw any attraction without notice.
  14. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove from our site any person who acts in a manner that may cause offence or infringe upon others enjoyment. This includes being or appearing to be drunk and incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, abusive, threatening using anti-social behaviour or being in possession of offensive weapons or illegal substances.
  15. Non-professional photography and recording are permitted at Gower Fresh Christmas Trees but all images and videos must be for non-commercial use only. Commercial or editorial photography is prohibited without prior permission and Accreditation must be requested.
  16. We are unable to monitor personal or non-professional photography during your visit and therefore we cannot be held responsible if you or any other visitors including children are featured in any photographs or recordings taken by someone else and which may subsequently be published or distributed in any form. However, we do request all visitors to be mindful of others when taking photographs or recordings. 
  17. We hope that you do not have any complaints when visiting Gower Fresh Christmas Trees, but obviously, if you do we would like to have the opportunity during your visit to resolve any issue that has occurred as we aim to make your visit magical experience. However, if in the unlikely event that you do have a concern it is important that you speak to a member of our team who will then endeavour to deal with your issue at the time. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the way in which your concern has been handled please email us within five days of your visit to the contact details provided on our contact page. Your complaint will then be thoroughly investigated and acted upon. Any complaints received outside of this timescale or not raised on the day of your visit may not be considered. 
  18. Complaints raised on any social media platform including but not exclusive to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trip Advisor, Google etc., will not be dealt with on social media so please email as detailed above.

Shopping Online Terms & Conditions and FAQ

Our multi-award winning trees are all beautiful and premium quality. We believe each tree is exceptional and unique, there are no two trees the same. If for some reason you don’t feel satisfied and the tree you got is not up to your expectations or quality then, please, contact us within 4 working days and let us know what are your concerns. Make sure you take photos of the tree or the problematic area, if there is such, to help us look into the problem and resolve it for you quickly and efficiently.
Be aware that minor damage to some branches and loss of needles during transit is possible and is not a cause for a refund or return unless the damage is significant and has made the tree unusable. 

The tree you get is only cut once the order is put through and cannot be returned  unless there has been a mistake on our end and the wrong tree is sent out or there is a significant damage to the tree that makes it unfit for purpose. 

Height & size
You have chosen a specific hight and size when putting your order through and we will cut it in accordance with those specifications. However, there is a chance that the tree might be few inches taller or shorter. If you feel the tree is not the height you ordered, please take a look at your order first to make sure you haven’t ordered the wrong size or make an accurate measure from the base of the stump to the tip of the tree before getting in touch with us. We may ask for photos to indicate the height, so that we can resolve it quickly.

We do not offer refunds unless we see evidence for an error on our end or damages during transit that are considerable enough to render the tree unfit for purpose. We do not offer refunds for delayed delivery. The delivery can take up to 4 business days.

We work with one of the leading express carriers, DX Freight that assures your tree to be with you within 4 working days. You will receive text messages that will inform you of the progress of the delivery, what day and between what hours you should expect the delivery. Please, plan accordingly and make sure there is someone at the address to receive the package or make the necessary arrangements if you want the tree to be left at am alternative place or with a neighbour.  

All of our deliveries will require a signature unless you have asked for us to leave them in an alternative place or with a neighbour.

Deliveries left unattended without signature, or with someone else are at your own risk and Gower fresh Christmas trees cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your tree or packaging.

If the delivery is unsuccessful because you are not in when our courier attempts delivery, and you haven’t left with us information for any alternative location, the courier will leave a card to inform you of the failed attempt. You can contact the courier to discuss a re-delivery or the courier will attempt to deliver the goods on their next available occasion. More than one failed delivery attempt may incur an additional charge. 

Cancelations are only accepted within three business days notice from the day of the purchase.
